SHIPPING INFO

All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, once the credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.  All customers will receive a confirmation email and shipment tracking info email when the order has shipped.  

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service.  At this time we offer free ground shipping on two items or more which will arrive in 7-10 business days.

Free ground shipping offer is valid on all orders ot two items or more within the contiguous US only. This offer excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories.

All orderes initiated and/or shipped within the state of Pennsylvania are subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and can not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

 

RETURN POLICY

Any unworn MSH Design merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to MSH Design within 7 days of receipt of product.  To exchange at item simply return it and place a new order.  Please allow 15 business days for your return to be processed.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for MSH Design to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order.  The merchandise price, applicabe taxes, and shipping (if applicable) are agreed upon when the order is placed.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement.  Once the order is placed, it can not be changed or cancelled.  

MSH Design reserves the right to to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or illegitimate use of offer or payment.
